I'm Writing a Book and It's For People Like You


I'm working on a book about staying fit and healthy as you get older - especially if you're already dealing with real-world things like sore joints, past injuries, surgery, busy work and family life.


It's not about six-packs or perfection. It's about feeling strong, capable and confident in a body that has some miles on the clock.


I'll be sharing practical ideas on things like:

  •   Moving well and protecting your joints

  •   Building strength without breaking yourself

  •   Sleep and recovery that actually fit real life

  •   Staying in shape around work, kids and everything else
